A Clear Path Through Complex
SAP Landscapes

When S/4 HANA transformations feel complex and hard to navigate,
I provide architectural clarity and technical leadership
to help organizations move forward — safely and sustainably.

My Story.

You wouldn’t navigate a mountain without a map —and you shouldn’t navigate a complex SAP transformation without clear architectural decisions.

I help SAP leaders make confident architecture decisions when complexity, vendor pressure, and AI hype collide.

After years working in large SAP programs — S/4 transformations, cloud integrations, and increasingly AI-driven initiatives — one pattern kept repeating:

Projects didn’t fail because of missing technology. They failed because of unclear decisions. Too many opinions. Vendor-driven roadmaps. Pressure to “do AI” without a clear purpose. Architectures are growing more complex instead of simpler. At the same time, I intentionally chose a more independent way of working — stepping outside fixed roles, delivery incentives, and single-vendor perspectives. Working across countries and environments gave me something invaluable: distance. And distance creates clarity. From that perspective, it became clear that what organizations needed most wasn’t another implementation team — but someone who could step back, see the whole system, and help leaders make confident architectural decisions. ClearPath was created to do exactly that. Today, ClearPath helps SAP-driven organizations gain clarity in moments of change — from ECC to S/4, from on-premise to cloud, and from data to AI. The goal is always the same: Turn uncertainty into a clear and actionable path forward.

How I Help You Navigate Complexity.

I work at the intersection of SAP architecture, technical leadership, and decision making.

My work is guided by a small set of principles:

Clarity before execution

Architectural decisions are made explicit, well-reasoned, and aligned with business goals before implementation begins. Clarity upfront prevents complexity later.

Clean Core as a discipline

Clean Core is not a slogan. I translate it into concrete architectural choices that remain sustainable over time — even as systems evolve.

Vendor-neutral and independent

I am not tied to tools, platforms, or delivery quotas. This allows me to recommend what is right for the system —

not what is easiest to sell.

Systems thinking

SAP does not exist in isolation. I design architectures that connect SAP, integration layers, data platforms, and AI capabilities into a coherent whole.

Guided implementation

While I don’t position myself as a delivery factory, I stay close enough to implementation to ensure architectural intent is preserved and complexity does not quietly re-enter.

My goal is simple:
to help organizations build SAP landscapes that remain clean, scalable, and navigable long after go-live.

Selected Experience.

I have worked across complex SAP landscapes in automotive and manufacturing environments — supporting organizations during critical transformation and decision-making phases.

My experience spans hands-on development, solution architecture, and technical leadership, allowing me to bridge conversations between developers, architects, and business stakeholders.

Below is a selection of transformation programs where I supported organizations in navigating complexity and making clear architectural decisions.

Automotive - Global S/4 HANA Transformations

Supported a global S/4 HANA transformation on Azure, focusing on architectural governance and scalability across distributed teams.

Key contributions included defining Clean Core governance, designing Kafka-based event-driven master data distribution, and introducing AI-assisted development and test automation — enabling stable global rollout with reduced operating costs.

My Services.

I support organizations at critical points in their SAP transformation journeys —

when clarity, architectural ownership, and senior technical leadership are required.

My services are modular and can be tailored to short-term decision support or longer-running programs.

How Clients Typically Engage Me

Engagements typically start with a short, informal conversation to understand context and fit.

From there, support is often structured as a focused, time-boxed architecture assessment, followed by decision support during critical phases.

Continued advisory support is available where ongoing architectural guidance is helpful.

Let’s explore the right path for your SAP landscape.

If you’re facing a complex SAP decision and want clarity before committing to a direction, I’d be happy to talk
